Our task for the day was to move the existing Salford Lads’ Club website over to a more modern Wordpress installation, incorporating some of the technology that allows us to display data shared around the web (e.g. Flickr photos).
We’d already set up some hosting with the lovely people at EcoHost and…
11th November, and we agreed that the small matter of moving the Salford Lads Club web presence to a more social world.
Today I popped into Salford Lads Club for a quick visit to check I could easily get on the wifi before I turn up next Wednesday.
LAMRT rescue people from hills, mountains and lakes. All hours, all weather. They also generate a lot of data, which we want to help organise and visualise.
